Delivery

We deliver across EU, working with trusted couriers to ensure your order reaches you efficiently. We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day from our warehouse in Poland.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• Poland: Typically 1–2 business days. We offer delivery via couriers as well as Paczkomaty InPost for added convenience.
• other EU countries: usually up to 5 business days, depending on the distance.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country.

• in Poland, the shipping cost is 14.99 PLN.
• for other EU countries, it ranges from 8 to 15 EUR.

The exact shipping fee will be displayed after entering the delivery address at checkout.

Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Please send the products back to our warehouse at the following address:

To make the process easier, we kindly ask you to include a completed return form in your package. You can download the form here: Withdrawal from Sales agreement form.

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund as soon as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service team.
